1. What is OneMall.org?
   Our organization wants to promote small and medium online shops with affordable online advertising. We know from experience that there are not many places where you can advertise an online store. This is why we developed this solution as a virtual mall, for online shops.
   Registering as a member you have a few methods to promote your online business.
    
2. What can we do?
   More about our services and prices you can find here. Mainly, it's about online advertising thru banners and content descriptions. When you become member of our site you become part of our network. We are promoting this online mall community in many of our sites, with millions of hits per month. This not the answer to your online advertising but is just another low costs solution you shouldn't miss. Any new visitor this site could bring to you count.
   Also, we can act like third party review host for your clients, where they can feel more comfortable to post (and trust) reviews, as these reviews are not hosted by you.
    
3. Why is not free?
   We are trying to offer quality services which last. This is not a hobby, but a professional endeavor to promote online businesses. We are consuming resources not covered from other sources. For this reason there are no free membership to our site, but instead we are trying to keep our costs low to offer affordable solutions.
   On the other hand, there are no hidden costs or cost-per-click system. You know beforehand which are the costs.
    
4. More about one page website?
   All registered members have an additional one page website with custom details, search engine keywords and links to your online shop. Also, you have a page counter (hidden), available only after login.
   Your website will be available at: http://www.onemall.org/<your_name>
   This site could be crawled by search engines and could be just another entry point to your real website.
    
5. How can you add photos?
   There is no other image upload except banners, but you can use any image available from other websites (including yours). All you have to do is to provide full URL address of those images, directly in our online HTML editor.
    
6. How many featured products you can add?
   For regular members there are maximum 10 featured products. For featured members this limit is 20 products. However, you can describe better your products in website description, even with links to your site for many other products or categories.
   To add a new featured product see the form on your profile (after login). You can add, edit or delete products. If maximum value is reached the form to add new products is not displayed.
    
7. What is 'Get link to this site' after login?
   All members can add a link to this site which proves their membership. Your visitors will have a link where they can post reviews or ratings, not hosted on your site. You can add it whenever on your site. This link is optional (not required) and displays a small 88x31 pixels logo:

   
    

8. How to edit profile & upload 200x200 pixels banner?
   After login you can edit your entire profile, including company name, contact info, website description, keywords used for search engines and more. All you have to do is to change values and click 'Update' button. Most of empty fields are just not displayed on the website (not displaying missing values).
   To upload banner, click 'Browse' button and select your image from your local computer then click 'Update' to save changes. Only JPG (JPEG) or GIF images are allowed, with maximum 100 kb (more than enough).
    
9. How to pay for this service?
   You can create a new account, then login and update your site. Also, there are links to PayPal.com to make secure payments online ('Partner site (our 88x31 logo required)' or 'Regular member' or 'Featured member (1000 visitors guaranteed)'). You can pay any time before your account expires, to extend your account availability. In stats box you can see when your account will expire.
   Important: we don't have your credit card details. Your private information and credit card details are safely handled by PayPal on their secure sites.
    
10. What's new for version 2.0 ?
    We relaunched this site on Jan. 2006 with more functionality:
    - Better management of advertising pages;
    - New payment options: regular members ($300/year), partner members with our logo displayed on your site ($200/year) and featured member with more products and 1.000 visitors guarantted;
    - More products available for each category;
    - Website advertised on more places;
    - Live support chat;
    - New weblog focused on e-commerce, e-store SEO and more.
